Remove fake and policy-violating Google reviews

CallNinja provides Google review removal: we audit your Google Business Profile, flag the reviews that break Google's published content policies, and file the removal requests for you. Google makes the final decision on every request, and there is nothing to pay unless a review actually comes down.

We work with businesses in the UK and the US.

What We Remove

Reviews eligible for removal

A review cannot be taken down just because it is negative. Google only removes reviews that break its policies and content guidelines. During your free audit, we check each review against categories like these.

Low-quality or off-topic

The review is not about a genuine experience with this specific business. For example, it is about a different location, a different company, or something unrelated to the product or service.

Fake or deceptive

There is no evidence the reviewer ever interacted with the business, including reviews left by bots, paid reviewers, or people with no real connection to it.

Profanity

The review contains obscene language, sexual content, or other language that breaches Google's profanity guidelines.

Harmful content

The review promotes dangerous, illegal, or exploitative activity, or encourages others to break the law.

Bullying or harassment

The review singles out and targets a named employee or owner personally, rather than commenting on the business itself.

Discrimination or hate speech

The review attacks a person or group based on a protected characteristic such as race, religion, gender, or disability.

Personal information

The review publishes private details about a person, such as a home address, phone number, or financial information.

Not helpful

The review contains no real information about an experience. For example, a single word, an unrelated rant, or a copy-pasted comment with nothing specific to say.

Why It Matters

Why removing policy-violating reviews matters

Your star rating is often the first thing a potential customer sees, long before they visit your website or call your business.

  • A handful of fake or abusive reviews can outweigh dozens of genuine ones in how your business is perceived at a glance.
  • Review signals feed into how Google ranks businesses in local search, so policy-violating reviews can quietly hurt visibility.
  • Clearing out reviews that break the rules lets your real customer feedback speak for itself.

Removing a review is never about silencing fair criticism. It is about making sure the reviews people see actually reflect real experiences with your business.

We let you know as soon as Google responds, typically within 7 days of filing.

Why CallNinja

Built around one simple idea

CallNinja was founded by Armen Ferdzhulyan to give business owners a straightforward way to deal with reviews that break Google's own rules. We only ever request removal of reviews that have a genuine policy basis, never reviews that are simply negative.

  • We do not write, buy or post reviews.
  • We do not contact reviewers.
  • We do not try to remove genuine reviews that follow Google's policies.
  • We do not use fake accounts.

Our commitments

  • We only target reviews that break a published Google policy.
  • We never contact reviewers directly.
  • Price is agreed before any work starts.
  • You only pay for reviews we remove.

Policy-compliant only

We only act on reviews that clearly break one of Google's published policies.

Transparent pricing

You see the price per review before we do any work, with no hidden fees.

Fast turnaround

Most successful removals come through in around 7 days of filing.

FAQ

Common questions

Answers to the questions we hear most often. If yours is not here, just ask.

Contact us
Is this legal?+

Yes. We rely on Google's own published policies and its official reporting process to flag reviews that break them. We only ever submit a request where there is a genuine policy basis, never simply because a review is negative.

How long does it take?+

On average, a removal takes around 7 days from when we file the request with Google. That figure is an estimate based on typical cases, not a guarantee, and individual results can take longer or shorter.

Is the reviewer told?+

What Google tells a reviewer, if anything, is entirely up to Google and outside our control. In most cases reviewers are not routinely informed that their review has been reported or removed.

Is my information kept private?+

Yes. The details you share with us are used only to audit your reviews and file removal requests. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture of how your data is handled.

How much does it cost?+

Pricing is quote based. Your initial audit is free, and we confirm an exact price per review in writing before any work begins. You are only ever charged for the reviews that are actually removed. Full pricing terms are in our Terms of Service.

How do I pay?+

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept card, ACH bank debit (US customers), Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and Link, billed in USD or GBP depending on your location.

What if a review is not removed?+

If a review is not removed, you are not charged for it. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full details on how billing works.

Ready to see which reviews can come down?

Your first audit is free, with nothing to pay unless a review actually comes down.
